Psychological Evaluations
Diagnostic Evaluations
My speciality is the diagnostic evaluation of individuals who may have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other neurodevelopment concerns. My ASD-focused first-time diagnostic evaluations include the use of gold-standard instruments, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R). Within this specialty, I am an expert in the first-time evaluation of adults who are suspected to have ASD, and using the psychological evaluation to inform treatment planning.
In addition to first-time evaluations for ASD, I specialize in second-opinion evaluations, and the differential diagnosis of other conditions (intellectual disability, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, learning disorders).

Other Assessments
I provide psychosocial evaluations, psychoeducational assessments (e.g., to inform Section 504 plans or Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)), and evaluations required for state-wide services (e.g., OPWDD).

For those interested in assessments specifically for behavior challenges, please contact me directly about what services may be appropriate. I can conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) or Functional Analyses (FAs) to help identify the function or root of a problem behavior, and what treatments may be the most successful for you.
